This time of year a pretty stellar group of 7 winemakers and winery representatives travel the US to promote their South African selections as a whole… this year they chose Wilmington, Delaware as a host city! Anura Wine Bar and FranksWine are happy to welcome these iconic wine industry celebrities to North Union Street on Friday, June 7th… corks POP at 5PM!
The “Wine Passport” is $35 per person which will allow you to go table to table to hang out and chat and taste over 30 selections! Anura Wine Bar’s Pre-construction Drink + Food Menu will be available the entire evening… stay and listen to Scranton, PA’s A Proud Monkey “acoustic” which is a Dave Matthew Band tribute band – who you know is South Africa’s most famous musician! Music will go on until 10PM!!

On Friday, June 7th Anura Wine Bar will be open for the very last time before we close over the Summer for our 4-month construction/remodeling project… and we’ll be going out with a BANG! This will be the last time you’ll be able to join Colleen & Frank for a Wine Flight and nosh on Celebrity Chef Robbie Jester‘s menu before we close for renovations. We can’t wait to welcome you back this Fall for the coolest spot around for all you awesome wine peeps!!
