UBP is a non-profit thar supports Wilmington communities by providing access to bicycling as a healthy, affordable and practical means of transportation and recreation. Our work is guided by three core principles: open access for all Wilmington residents, opportunities for residents to build self-sufficiency, and community-driven programming that is responsive to resident needs.
