From 40 selected villages in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims and other areas in the Champagne region where the liveliness and delicacy of the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes are enhanced by the ideal climate to make up this house style. Rich and bready with hints of red plum.

his cuvée has been crafted from a meticulous selection of 100% Chardonnay grapes that provide good vivacity and a rich complexity. Pommery NV Brut Royal Rosé Champagne – $79.99
This rosé is an elevated variation of classic Pommery Brut Royal created through the assembly of a red wine – Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – and their very best white wine, Chardonnay. Delicate pale pink color with tones of salmon. Fine persistent bubbles in the flute with flavors of red berries and brioche.
A hundred years later – actually 136 to be exact! – Madamme Pommery’s heirs continued the family tradition and acquired land in the legendary Napa Valley and in so doing, embarked on this amazing adventure with sparkling Pommery.

This well-balanced and smooth wine is the debut California offering from French producer Pommery. Made from 96% Chardonnay and a dab of Pinot Noir, it carries aromas of toasted baguette and flowers, with crisp apple and white peach flavors on fine-beaded bubbles. The concentrated fruit amplifies on the palate and lingers on the finish.
Louis Pommery NV Rosé Brut California – $29.99
This is an elegant, dry sparkling rosé made up of mostly Pinot Noir and a splash of Chardonnay. It offers up a copper color, light raspberry aromas, lightly tart flavors and an appetizing, snappy texture.
