It’s been over one year since our last INDOOR Wine Dinner and the FranksWine Crew is SO STOKED to be teaming up with two of the most exciting businesses that kicked off, grew and are thriving during this crazy world pandemic!
Newcomer to the Delaware wine scene Sam Anderson of www.Ouro-Wines.com is thrilled to be hosting a dinner at newly renovated and hip restaurant Le Cavalier at the Green Room with Chef Tyler Akin exploring a 4-course menu , designed to transport you to where we all wish we could travel to right now: the wine bars of Paris, the countryside of the Loire Valley, the coastline of the Roussillon.
Sam & Frank will be on the floor pouring seven natural wines from the Ouro portfolio and FranksWine will make the featured selections available here on North Union Street to drink beyond the dinner
This event will be Socially Distanced and will follow all protocols to keep staff and diners safe.

Ouro’s Sam Anderson — the former Beverage Director and Sommelier of Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning NYC restaurants — will be escorting guests through a curated selection of natural wines from small winemakers producing organic, biodynamic and chemical-free labels.
Course 1: Salade du Moment
-Mache & Watercress with green garlic buttermilk vinaigrette, chanterelle mushrooms, crispy potatoes
Course 2: Raviolo
– Foie gras mousse, sauce choron, pea leaf
Course 3: Chicken Provencal
– Green Circle Chicken, roasted shallots, herbes de Provence, vermouth, Camargue red rice
Course 4: Chocolate-Rye Cake
– Hazelnut Butter Icing, Raspberries
You will enjoy 2 wines paired with your Savory courses (1 French and 1 Non-French) and 1 wine paired with your Dessert Course.
